Interactive Art Display Announced

By | July 7, 2008

Find yourself in Wheaton. Spire2 is creating an interactive art mural which embraces and encourages community in Wheaton and supports downtown Wheaton businesses. The mural will stretch almost a city block long, stand eight feet tall and display over 70,000 decals. The decals, which each have an adjective describing Wheaton and its residents, create a picture along both sides of the wall which spells out “What Is Wheaton”. Viewers are encouraged to find and wear the words that describe them. Become part of the community event September 6 – 14.

Interested in becoming a sponsor? Not only will the decals and sponsorship kiosk be viewed by over 15,000 people, the decals also present a great opportunity to increase traffic in your business. Contact Spire2 for more information or visit the event’s web site at
